Mike Brown grew up and raised his family in Tallahassee. Mike enjoys backpacking, salt water fishing, fort building and spending time with family and friends at his farm. He studied Cabinet Making at Lively Vo-Tech and has a business degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.
Chris Robertson found his passion for woodwork and construction while in high school in Pennsylvania. He eventually found his way to Lively Technical School’s cabinet program where he met and eventually went to work for Mike Brown. Chris has worked as cabinet maker, installer, salesperson, project manager, and field coordinator. He now heads our sales and project management teams, steering projects from conception to completion. Chris spends his free time in the woods on one of his many bicycles or swimming at Wakulla Springs with Jennifer and the kids.
Will Jacobs’ life-long curiousity for how things work, attention to detail, and drive to continuously find better ways to solve challenges, led him to a career with Woodlane. He is a graduate of Florida State University. He has worked at Woodlane since 1999 and held various positions, including assembly, finish, install, and project management. He currently oversees engineering and production — ensuring every product that leaves the shop is built to the client’s specifications. His hobbies include traveling, working on his house, and cleaning up after his kids.
