Cabinet Engineer – iX Software Experience Required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Cabinet Engineer with proven experience using iX software for cabinet plan drafting. In this role, you will create detailed and accurate cabinet designs, create work orders, and ensuring all projects meet our high standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft precise cabinet plans using iX software.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet project requirements.
- Interpret and implement client specifications into custom cabinet designs.
- Optimize designs for efficient production and material usage.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow efficiency. Serve as a team member to provide the highest level of quality standards while maintaining a professional attitude with the utmost respect for the customer’s property.
- Ensure work is completed on-time and as requested by the customer, project manager, or contractor and the work meets Woodlane standards of excellence.
- Ensure attention to detail in all work.
- Proactively communicate conditions and concerns affecting completion of the job.
- Attend all Woodlane sponsored training courses.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in iX software (required).
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in CAD drafting for cabinetry or woodworking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
Pay Range: Annual salary $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
Salary employees also receive over $8,500 annual benefit package paid by Woodlane.

This is a salaried position. While the role typically follows standard shop hours, on occasion, the employee may be expected to work additional hours as required to meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive tasks.
Work Location: In person in shop preferred.
